Privacy Policy - CHORUS
Last updated: 16 June 2026
CHORUS ("the app", "we", "us") is a single-player swarm-survival game. This policy explains what data the app handles and which third-party services it uses.
We do not ourselves collect, store, or sell personal data. CHORUS has no account system, no analytics SDK, and no backend server of its own. Data only leaves your device through Google's advertising and billing services, described below.
Data stored on your device
The app stores the following locally on your device only:
- Game progress, scores, and unlocked content.
- Settings and preferences.
- Purchase / "remove ads" status recorded after a successful in-app purchase.
Uninstalling the app removes this local data.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
CHORUS offers optional rewarded ads (for example, to revive or to double earned biomass). Ads are served by the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). When an ad is requested, Google may collect and process your device's advertising identifier (AAID), IP address, and general device information to serve and measure ads. This requires Internet access. If you never trigger an ad - or you buy the optional "remove ads" item - no ad request is made.
See: How Google AdMob uses data and the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset or limit ad personalization in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
CHORUS offers optional in-app purchases (such as cosmetics, a "remove ads" upgrade, and consumable packs). Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. The app queries Google Play only for your purchase status for this app. Google's handling of purchases is covered by the Google Play Terms of Service.
Children
CHORUS is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because ads may be served, the app is intended for general audiences.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
